Lockup inspection
Inspections undertaken at various stages of your build. If you want reassurance and independent expert advice while your home is being constructed to an acceptable standard, but need only the lockupspecific stage inspoection.
This inspection is an inspection of the:
- Roofing: Installing roof trusses, tiles, or metal sheets.
- External Cladding: Attaching external walls, windows, and doors.
- Lock-Up: When the house is secure with all external doors and windows in place, often marked by an inspection.
